Night Owls: Stop & Breathe + DIY Essential Oils In-Person
Drop by our table to learn how to turn an everyday action into a tool for mindfulness and stress reduction through walking meditation. Our staff will provide you with an overview, tips and materials for engaging in this type of meditation simply by taking a short outdoor break at your convenience.
In partnership with the Claremont McKenna College Dean of Students Office, you can also make some of your very own essential oils which can assist with stress, anxiety and even help you sleep better!
